The Butler County Engineer’s Office continues to list Yankee Road closed just north of Hornet Drive for the Monroe High School driveway project. The posted through-traffic detour uses Todhunter Road, Salzman Road and State Route 63, with reopening expected November 20, weather permitting. Oxford SafeRide says November 1 service ends at 2 a.m.

Coverage note

This Morning Brief is limited to freshly checked official weather, county road and transit information. Events, live incidents, sports results, fuel prices, markets and school closings were not independently reverified for this narration, so no current claims are being made in those categories.
